Karen D. Banks, M.Ed., LPC - Supervisor (she/her)Owner and Counselor
What is your truth? My goal with our sessions is to help you walk in your truth. I work hard to treat people as a whole person, not a diagnosis or someone limited by the problems they are experiencing. We collaborate on your treatment so that you discover who you are and find ways that work for you to walk in your truth. I am passionate about mental wellness and helping individuals and communities thrive. Your therapy is custom to you and might include conversations about coping skills, your support system, personal goals, or incorporating natural health into your life. I primarily see adults and couples/relationships for therapy using a holistic and cognitive behavioral approach. I have completed levels 1, 2, and 3 in Gottman Method Couples Therapy as well as Treating Affairs & Trauma and Couples & Addiction Recovery. I am in training toward my Sex Therapy Certification through Sexual Health Alliance, with a Kink-Informed Certification. My clients want to work on reducing stress, anxiety, depression, sexual concerns, relationship and communication problems, racial/cultural concerns, and improve all facets of their lives. I also offer wellness coaching to clients around the globe to work on self-improvement, business growth, getting out of their own way, and developing a positive mindset. I am available for public speaking, trainings, and licensure supervision; please see the Training & Education page. Supervisor: Karen Banks MO LPC 2013044101 Many people believe that they are fundamentally flawed or not worthy of love. Maybe your days are flying by without feeling a sense of accomplishment or purpose in your life. I welcome you to explore the many parts of yourself in a safe, non-judgmental, culturally sensitive space. From the moment we were in utero, throughout childhood, teen years, and developing into adulthood, millions of decisions were made for and by us. These decisions shaped us into the people we are and in the process we may have learned unhealthy coping mechanisms or patterns. I work through a person centered lens, and add elements of CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and other modalities based on the needs of my clients. If you think we could be a good match please reach out to me to schedule a consultation. Ruth Banks, M.A., Ed.D. (she/her)Office Momager & Education Support Specialist
Full disclosure, I am the owner’s mother, therefore affectionately known as the ‘Office Momager’. With that being said, I serve to support not only my daughter as she strives to help others, but also be a support for the other counselors in the office and serve our clients. Please look for me to support you with accessing the office and our website. I have over forty years in the field of education from serving as a classroom teacher (grades 1-5), reading specialist, elementary principal, coordinator of federal programs, and director of curriculum and staff development. I am currently serving as an adjunct professor continuing to train teachers. I would be happy to help you navigate the school system and be your advocate when attending school meetings. You can look to Trinity Wellness to fulfill all of your mental, wellness, and emotional needs. |
Jason Endejan, M.Ed., LPC (he/him)Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Something is going on. Maybe you feel lost. Maybe you feel scared. Maybe you feel nothing at all. Maybe, you're not sure what's going on. Or maybe you know exactly what's wrong, but don't know where to go from here. Come on in, I'd love to talk about it. As a therapist, I'll meet with you, get to know you, and help you untangle whatever it is that's bothering you. We'll work together to decide what you need, and how to make that work in your life. I've completed my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at UMSL - St. Louis and my field placement at Trinity Wellness, LLC. Finding a therapist can be hard. Whether you already have specific goals for therapy or you’re struggling to put your finger on what’s bothering you, finding someone you feel comfortable with and can truly connect with matters. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Missouri and Illinois and primarily work with adults, though I also have experience working with children and families. My 30-plus years as a social worker and 9 years doing counseling have given me the opportunity to work with people facing many different challenges, and I’ve learned that therapy needs to be as individual as the person sitting across from me. When we meet, I want to get to know you and what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping to get out of it, and what feels supportive to you. I also encourage you to ask questions about me, my approach, and what therapy with me might look like. Finding the right fit is important, and you should feel comfortable being yourself. Counseling is a collaboration, and the relationship we build is at the heart of that work. I tailor my approach to your individual needs because everyone responds differently to therapy. I won’t simply sit back and listen while you do all the talking. I’ll offer feedback, ask thoughtful questions, and introduce different approaches and tools to help you move toward the changes you want to make. [email protected] (314) 200-5842 Google Voice cell |
